Creations by Kay moves to Elder House

FALLBROOK – Hair designer Kay Yancey announces the opening of the new location of her Creations by Kay salon at 127 W. Elder St.

A hairdresser for over 35 years, Yancey previously worked at Hair Fair, Mane Attraction, and Brandon St. Salon.

Her salon is now located at the north entrance of Elder House. Yancey can be reached at (760) 728-2222 for an appointment.
