Constant Creek Road subdivision hearing continued to March 25

The county’s Planning Commission voted 6-0 Feb. 25, with Commissioner Peder Norby absent, to continue its hearing on a proposed ten-home subdivision off of Constant Creek Road to March 25.

A probate controversy rather than issues with the project design led to the continuance after it was decided that the application was erroneous due to the omission of one of the property’s owners on the statement of ownership interests. The application will be amended to reflect all owners on the title deed.
