FALLBROOK – On Feb. 23, Fallbrook Village Rotary members heard speeches by Fallbrook High School students Dylan Dawkins, Nicole Myers, Brianna Stofflet, and Jenna Reeder. The students were mentored in the preparation and delivery of their speeches by high school speech coach Lutz Zastrow.
