Fallbrook wins senior challenge cribbage match

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Senior Center cribbage team started the year by winning both the Jan. 27 and Feb. 24 Senior Challenge Cribbage matches. The February match had a record 49 players. Fallbrook won 91 games to 83 games for Oceanside.

First place went to Dorothy Black of Oceanside who won all seven of her games. Richard Leigh and Lois Ash each had six wins for second and third place. Al Shaw took fourth with five wins and two skunks. Ed Stoli on the winning Fallbrook team won the gift card donated by the Albertsons Store.
