Art school students' work to be displayed at Brandon Gallery

FALLBROOK – “A Penchant for Pastel,” a special showing of six accomplished student artists from the Fallbrook School of the Arts, is scheduled for Brandon Gallery’s Studio 105, Helen Shafer Garcia, the student’s instructor, has announced.

Now through March 31, Garcia’s students have on display a thoughtful collection of pastel and watercolor art paintings created plein air and at various locations picked by Garcia, such as the Santa Rosa Plateau near Murrieta and the Elfin Forrest Preserve in Escondido.
