Synergy Yoga moves to new location

FALLBROOK – Synergy Yoga classes with Maggie Skidmore are moving to a new location on the second floor at the historic Sun Center, 131 Beech Street. Synergy is an active hatha yoga flow that is appropriate for all levels of students, beginning to advanced. Skidmore is offering local residents the opportunity to experience how good practicing Synergy yoga can feel by giving a free one hour class on Saturday, March 12, at 9 a.m., with refreshments and time to visit and ask questions immediately afterward.
