Doctor to tell how he lost 270 pounds

BONSALL - Dr. Nick Yphantides will speak at Riverview Church on March 27 regarding how he lost 270 pounds and has successfully kept the weight off for 10 years.

Yphantides is a board certified physician, cancer survivor, executive medical consultant for San Diego County, and author of “My Big Fat Greek Diet.”

“If a 467-pounder can receive strength and ability to do what I have done, with God’s help, so can you,” says Yphantides.
