Sixth annual Fallbrook A Leer/Reading Family Literacy Day March 26

FALLBROOK – On March 26, Fallbrook elementary students and community members will participate in a day of learning and service to commemorate Cesar Chavez, the late civil rights and labor leader.

The event will be held at Maie Ellis Auditorium from 9 to 11 a.m. and focus on fostering reading as a family pursuit. Studies show that children who read or are read to at home achieve academic success in school and are more likely to preserve the love of reading as a life-long tradition.
