Wearable art designer to speak at Quilt Guild

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Quilt Guild meeting on Thursday, April 7 will feature guest speaker well-known quilter and wearable art designer Lisa Coloumbe. The business portion begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by a social and refreshment time with the program starting at 7:30 at the Fallbrook Community Center, 341 Heald Lane.

Coloumbe will talk about her garments and use guild members to model outfits and accessories she has designed and made. Her work features curved pieces, interwoven bias, prairie points, and free motion quilting.
