Art Association to feature watercolor artist Joe Garcia

FALLBROOK – At its next meeting, Monday, April 11, at 6:45 p.m., the Fallbrook Art Association will feature watercolor artist and painting demonstrator Joe Garcia. The meeting will be held at the Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 E. Mission Road.

An informal critique session will begin at 5:30 p.m. Attendees may bring a painting that is in progress in any media, and they will receive comments on their work from Garcia. The public is welcome to attend the meeting and painting demonstration.

Garcia is a native Californian who currently resides and paints near Julian. His work has been featured in exhibitions across the U.S. and internationally. He has been featured in numerous magazines and has authored two books featuring technical information for watercolor artists.
