FALLBROOK – On March 18, students from Live Oak School’s fourth grade classes worked to ensure the sustainability of Fallbrook’s natural environment.
Volunteers from Fallbrook Land Conservancy’s Save Our Forest (SOF) arrived at the school with a truck load of soil, flats of rooted native plants, and gallon containers. Their purpose is to instill in the students a sense of ownership, and understanding of the glories of living in a rural community like Fallbrook.
