Girls Rugby wins tournament cup

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Girls U19 Rugby team, known for their strong offense, let their tenacious defense do all the talking recently at the Fullerton International Rugby Tournament on March 19 and 20. The Lady Warriors finished a perfect 6-0 in the tournament and captured the Cup trophy for the second year in a row. During the entire weekend, Fallbrook’s defense recorded six shut-outs while scoring a total of 19 tries and three conversions against their competition, resulting in a cumulative score of 101-0.
