A 23-year-old Fallbrook man sustained serious injuries after being attacked by a group of Hispanic males Sunday evening, April 10.
Alex Lara told responding Sheriff's deputies that he had been "jumped" by six or seven Hispanic males wielding baseball bats and wearing brass knuckles while walking in the 200 block of West Ammunition Road at about 10:30 p.m.
Sheriff's Sgt. Joe Montion said deputies were able to find and arrest three juveniles nearby that were believed to be involved in the attack, but the other perpetrators are still being sought.
