Oceanside beats Fallbrook in Senior Challenge Cribbage

VISTA – The Oceanside Senior Center Cribbage team easily defeated the Fallbrook Senior Center team in the 38-player March 24 Senior Challenge.

Jean Cunningham of the Oceanside team took first place with six wins with two skunks. Carol Maston also had six wins with two skunks, but her winning margin was less than Cunningham’s. Lee Rutledge took third with six wins and one skunk. Fifth and sixth went to Barbara Sacic and Anne Flaherty who each had five wins and one skunk.

Helping Oceanside to the win was the fact that the lowest seven scores all belonged to members of the Fallbrook team.
