Historical society to hold annual meeting

FALLBROOK – The Historical Society will hold its annual meeting in the community room of the new library on Saturday, May 14 at 10 a.m. Board Member Don McLean will be honored as Pioneer of the Year and Attorney Phillip G. Arnold will receive the Vintage Person award.

In commemoration of the sesquicentennial of the start of the Civil War, Arnold will speak about “The Civil War and Fallbrook, Connections and Effects.” A complimentary continental breakfast will be served.
