Clemmens Lane Park wins award of excellence

FALLBROOK – Inspired by the vision of residents who now treasure their neighborhood park, Clemmens Lane Park in Fallbrook has won the 2010 Award of Excellence for Park Planning and Design from the California Park and Recreation Society (CPRS).

The award from the respected, 4,000-member nonprofit recognizes excellence in the design of facilities that promote recreation; strengthen community image, sense of place and safety; increase cultural unity, and protect environmental resources.
