Victims take stand in Burcham trial

Family members and friends of victims presented in the trial of Josh Burcham struggled to maintain their composure as they heard the first-hand accounts in court April 21 and 22 of the extensive injuries sustained by his former cohabitant, Jodee Eagleton, her father Kenneth Eagleton and friend Joshua McDonald. Burcham is charged with torturing Jodee Eagleton and the attempted murder of the two men. The Eagletons are tribal members of the Pala Band of Mission Indians.
