'Murder on the High Seas' features actors from all walks of life

FALLBROOK – What do a chiropractor, a graphic designer, a high school track coach, and a nutritionist have in common? They are all members of the cast of Curtain Call Company's production of "Murder on the High Seas."

Pamela Lambert, who is director of child nutrition services for the Escondido High School District, said, "It is wonderful to get the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, and have fun in the process."

There are also three students, a retired interior designer, and a retired communications engineer that are part of this ensemble.

Not only is there a wide range of careers, but there is also a wide age range. The youngest is 13 years old, and the oldest is a "seasoned citizen." Cast members reside in Fallbrook, Rainbow, Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee.

"Murder on the High Seas" is being performed April 29, 30 and May 1, at the Hilltop Center for Spiritual Living, 331 East Elder, Fallbrook, as a dessert theater murder mystery.

Director/producer Mary Fry said the decision was made to do a dessert theater, "because of the economy, so we could keep the price of tickets down".

The comedy is set on the SS Titan cruise ship with Captain Mark Starbbord, cruise director Annie Tyme, and ship's doctor Adam Szapple. The SS Titan hits some rough seas as dance teacher Anthony "Twinkle-toes" Waltzano comes aboard.

Tickets are available at http://www.curtaincallcompany.com or by calling (760) 685-7386.
