Sanctuary announces "risk-free" senior kitty adoption program

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary (FAS) is now providing free cat adoptions along with on-going free cat chow, kitty litter and veterinary care for seniors and other Fallbrook residents who cannot afford the costs of a cat's care.
