Jan Ortega, chairperson for the Fallbrook Art Association Art Assist Program, and August Diehl, youth services librarian at the Fallbrook Library hang a show of artwork by local elementary school children.
FALLBROOK - Artwork created by the fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students of Fallbrook Street School and Mary Fay Pendleton Elementary School is on display for the month of May in the children’s section of the Fallbrook Library.
Jan Ortega, chairperson of the Fallbrook Art Association Art Assist program, and August Diehl, youth services librarian, coordinated and installed the show. The show consists of thirty-eight pieces of art by the students in various media including watercolor, oil pastel, drawing, stamping techniques, and collage.
