Angel Society donates $11,000 in April

FALLBROOK - Four local organizations were awarded funds by the Angel Society of Fallbrook at a meeting of its board of directors in April.

The Fallbrook Citizens’ Crime Prevention Committee was given $3,000 in support for its three programs: GANAS (Guide, Advise, Nurture & Support) Mentoring Program; Adopt-a-Block (churches open their community rooms and/or yards to neighborhood children two days a week); and Front Porch Project (where volunteers establish communication with property owners and tenants in high-risk neighborhoods).
