Boys tennis shares league title

Fallbrook High School’s boys tennis team earned a share of the 2011 Avocado East League championship.

The Warriors had a 9-1 record in league matches, splitting their two contests with San Pasqual. The Golden Eagles also finished the season with a 9-1 mark in league competition, giving Fallbrook and San Pasqual co-champion status.

“I’m real pleased. I’m proud of my kids. They responded really, really well,” said Fallbrook coach Bill Lenaway.
