The U.S. Postal Service needs billions more to bail it out of hot water. You are probably wondering why the postal service remains in hot water. I have an answer.

Another $2.2 billion lost for the first quarter of 2011. The 2.2 billion was 25 percent more than last year regardless of the economic recovery. According to Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe, “mail volume and revenues have suffered unprecedented declines since 2006.”
