Five Warriors selected for field hockey's National Futures Tournament

Five members of Fallbrook High School’s field hockey team were selected for the National Futures Tournament which will be held June 25 to 30 in Virginia Beach, Va.

Jamie Garcia, Lauren Hughey, and Sydney Richelieu were selected for the under-19 teams. Lauren Copeland and Jackie Eskue were under-16 selections.

“It was great. It’s very encouraging. We have a lot of committed players,” said Fallbrook field hockey coach Kirstin Mueller.
