Western music concert June 18 at library features harmony winners

FALLBROOK – The Friends of the Fallbrook Library have announced that their next free music event will be held Saturday, June 18, at 7 p.m. in the community room of the library located at 124 S. Mission Rd.Seating is on a first come basis.

The performance will be given by Western Music Association duo harmony winners – Walt Richards and Paula Strong, who founded the acoustic group Trails & Rails. The musicians have combined their interests in western history with their love of cowboy and train songs to bring listener the best of both.

Based in the San Diego area, Trails & Rails has performed extensively in the Southwest and has been featured at many Western festivals and events, including the Cody Stampede, the Tombstone Western Music Festival, the Cochise Cowboy Poetry and Music Festival, and at the Autry Museum.Questions may be directed to (760) 451-9606.
