Workshop offered on enhancing horse property

BONSALL – A free workshop is being offered for anyone who has horses or is planning on bringing horses onto their property, on June 25 at the Fabulous Horse Farm in Bonsall. Mission Resource Conservation District and the County of San Diego are presenting this workshop so that residents can learn how Best Management Practices installed on their property can help keep their horses safe and healthy and help protect the environment.

The workshop will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. and will include a presentation by Victor Smothers, from the Natural Resources Conservation Service, and a walking tour of the horse property. The workshop location is five minutes from the I-15, off of Highway 76.
