MCI-W Sgt. Maj retires after 33 years of service

Sgt. Maj. Jeffrey H. Dixon relinquishes his post as Marine Corps Installations - West sergeant major to Maj. Gen. Anthony L. Jackson, commanding general, MCI-West, June 3. "I just wanted to thank all the people I've served with over the years," Dixon said. "I've always been proud to be a Marine and now I can be proud of what we've done here at [MCI-West]." Sgt. Maj. Derrick Christovale, formerly sergeant major of I Marine Logistics Group, will assume the post as MCI-West sergeant major.
