Fallbrook Olive Oil wins silver medal

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Olive Oil has been awarded a Silver Medal in the 12th Annual LA International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition for its North San Diego County Oil.

The product was made from a blend of Tuscan variety trees sustainably grown on Fallbrook property. The oil was milled from 70 percent Frantoio, 20 percent Lechino and 10 percent Pendolino olives, hand-harvested in December 2010 and January 2011.
