I am thankful that the Fallbrook Community Planning Group members take time from their personal lives, each month, to read and understand the issues within their purview that could have an impact on the character of our community. The June 20 meeting was no exception when the members heard the Pala Band of Luiseno Indians proposed plan to develop 25 of the 90-plus acres for a mix of uses on the southeast section of Interstate 15 and State Route 76 including a Tribal Cultural Center, cultural village complex, trail and associated facilities.

Sound good? Sure until you realize the Pala Band also...
