Letter to the Editor - Horses stolen

I’m Victoria Elizabeth Barker, and my horses were stolen. My family was accused of abandoning our horses without food or water when we moved to Delaware, but we didn’t. We left them in the care of a friend’s neighbor. We provided them with horse food (we have the receipts to prove it) and two hundred dollars a month to take care of our horses.
