FALLBROOK – Steve Smith and Bill Walters were recognized for bringing in the most new members by the Rotary Club of Fallbrook at a recent club meeting. Steve
Smith brought in three new members in 2010 and Bill Walters recruited three new members in 2011.
The recognition is part of the club's Sam Gorsline Award. Gorsline was a long time member of the club who, as new member chair, was a driving force within the club.
