Collision at Main and College intersection results in fatality

The San Diego County medical examiner has determined that a lacerated heart and liver were the cause of death for a male driver following an auto collision at the intersection of Main and College Avenues that occurred on July 3, with pulmonary emphysema and methamphetamine intoxication being contributing conditions.
