Jack Ragland wins Best of Show

FALLBROOK – Jack Ragland won the judge’s Best of Show award in the Ralph Love Plein Air Annual Competition, open to all artists, sponsored by the Temecula Arts Council. On July 27 at 7 p.m., the Temecula Mayor will officially present the award at city hall, where the painting will hang.

Artists could paint any subject in Old Town from 6 p.m. Friday, June 24 to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 26. Artists have the canvases stamped before hand and must complete the paintings on site from life.
