The tentative map for a 10-home subdivision off of Constant Creek Road was approved June 29 by the San Diego County Board of Supervisors.
The supervisors’ 5-0 vote allows 9.72 acres in the 700 block of Constant Creek Road to be split into 10 residential lots which will range from 0.5 to 1.13 acres. A portion of Ostrich Farms Creek will be preserved in permanent open space.
“It’s a step in the right direction,” said Darryl Sapien, who is one of the owners.
