RAINBOW – Rainbow Valley Grange has provided its annual special awards of $25 each for the first place winners in four categories in the Creative Youth exhibit of the San Diego County Fair. The winners were Mary Bolt of Fallbrook for writing, Jacq Moehlig of San Diego for photography, Kyra Nadir of Oceanside for art and Zach Mistretta of San Diego for recycled art.
Congratulatory letters and checks were mailed out to the winners on July 2. Zach was so grateful for the special award that his mother drove him up to Fallbrook on July 6 so he could donate his recycled art project to the Gran...
