When the streets roll up at 5 p.m., explore the late night at Pala Casino

When I began writing for the Fallbrook/Bonsall Village News I started hearing complaints that Fallbrook closes down at 5:00 p.m. After covering one Saturday night event at Pala Casino, I decided not to return home that night, but rather to observe the casino during the first six hours of Sunday morning. What happens on a weekend night is likely different than what happens late on a weeknight, in part because of what restaurants and entertainment venues are or aren’t open and in part because patronage is likely greater on weekends.
