North County Transit to increase bus service - Agency says it hopes to "make life a lot easier for people who live in Fallbrook”

More bus stops will be added in Fallbrook as part of North County Transit’s (NCT) mobility plan bus service improvements.

At a recent Fallbrook Community Planning Group (FCPG) meeting, NCT director of service planning Tim McCormick explained that the bus route would be extended to improve service coverage in Fallbrook and shorten walk distances for residents who wish to access public transit service.

Currently Route 306 connects Fallbrook to the Vista Transit Center, which can help passengers connect to Amtrak, Greyhound, Metrolink, Coaster, Crucero, the Breeze bus and Metro Transit Systems. I...
