Healthy Woman event to focus on nutrition, fitness

FALLBROOK – The Aug. 24 Healthy Woman Ladies Night Out event will be hosted by Regency Fallbrook at the Fallbrook Library, 124 S. Mission Road. Local ladies are invited to learn what they need to know about women’s nutrition and fitness through the years with family medicine physician Dr. Aimee Warren and personalized fitness trainer Erica Williams.
