Tiso – Graber wed

FALLBROOK – Allan and Tina Tiso announce the wedding of their son Philip Tiso to Ann Graber. The wedding took place on May 21, overlooking the ocean at Muir Beach, Calif. The ceremony was officiated by the bride’s brother, Daniel Graber, and attended by family and friends from near and far.

Among the guests were Ann’s parents Robert and Lynda Graber and Philip’s parents and extended family. Ann and Philip live in the San Francisco Bay Area, where Ann is the human resources director at Title Nine and Philip is a principal editor at UC San Francisco....
