BONSALL - Dozens of residents recently gathered at the Saratoga Estates home of Dr. Victor and Donna Kovner to learn about North County’s Palomar Pomerado Health (PPH) and its new hospital, scheduled to open next summer in Escondido.
A group of about 40 friends and neighbors met at the Kovner home on Aug. 10 where they learned about the new hospital and Building Your Healthcare System of the Future: the Capital Campaign for Palomar Pomerado Health.
