NC Fire to hold 9/11 remembrance event; memorial hike offered earlier in day

FALLBROOK – In remembrance of the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attack that occurred on Sept. 11, 2001 against America, North County Fire Protection District will hold a special ceremony and barbecue at its headquarters station located at 315 E. Ivy Street in Fallbrook on Sunday, Sept. 11, beginning at 4 p.m. The ceremony will take place at 5 p.m.
