More singers needed for Damekor

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA – The Southern California Damekor is currently recruiting singers for the 2011-2012 season. Damekor is a women’s ensemble specializing in Scandinavian and English choral music. Their program includes mostly a cappella music in three and four parts, sung in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish and English. Many of the singers have considerable choral experience and some of the songs the group performs have been arranged by members of the group.
