Standing up to the bully

For a number of years, there has been an ongoing campaign to make it more difficult for Fallbrook’s business community to use signs and banners to promote and grow their businesses.

This campaign has been driven by some of Fallbrook’s own residents.They call themselves the Design and Review Committee (DRC) and they have the full support of Bill Horn and his friends at the Planning and Land Use Dept.
