Healthy Woman event to focus on healthy aging and dementia

FALLBROOK “ Area women can attend the Sept. 29 Healthy Woman Ladies Night Out Event and learn about healthy aging and dementia with internal medicine physician Dr. Kal Abouelhosn, and the importance of healthcare directives with presenter Marguerite Lorenz.

The event will be hosted by the Foundation for Senior Care at the Fallbrook Library, 124 S. Mission Road where Dotty Metcalf, foundation executive director, will also provide information on resources for seniors.
