TDAP vaccination deadline is Sept. 28

FALLBROOK “ Fallbrook Union High School has reminded parents and students that, by state law, they have until Sept. 28 to obtain the TDAP (Whooping Cough) vaccination. Those who have not already provided verification need to bring record of having received that vaccination to the nurse's office on the FUHS campus.

If they prefer to fill out a waiver for this, or any other vaccination, the waiver document can be picked up in the school nurse's office and returned prior to Sept. 28. The TDAP waiver is different from other vaccination waivers.

After Sept. 28, students will not be admitted to school without proof of the TDAP vaccination or a waiver on file.
