Two more of the four suspects involved in the Jan. 11 murder of 24-year-old Kenneth Mose have plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter.
Salvador Lopez, 20, entered a change of plea from not guilty to murder to a plea of guilty to voluntary manslaughter in Vista Superior Court on Sept. 7. In addition, it was determined that Lopez personally killed Mose with the use of a knife because of his race and for the benefit of the criminal street gang Lopez was affiliated with.
"[Lopez] committed a hate crime in concert with another," said presiding judge Harry Elias.
