Tea Party offers talk on taxes

FALLBROOK “ The Fallbrook Tea Party is offering a program with guest speakers Ray Usell on œFair Tax vs. Flat Tax; Michael Schwartz, of the NRA membership committee, on Second Amendment rights; and Cliff Sumrall, founder and coordinator of the Fallbrook Tea Party, on education. The meeting is on Tuesday, Sept. 27 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at San Luis Rey Downs Golf Club, 3147 Golf Club Dr. in Bonsall.
