'Backfired!' murder mystery at Firehouse Broiler

FALLBROOK - Curtain Call Company and Firehouse Broiler restaurant, located at 1019 S. Main Ave., are working together to present 'Backfired!' a dinner theater murder mystery that will open Oct. 11 and be offered the second Tuesday of each month through April (except Dec.).

The story is set at a retirement dinner for a fire captain and brings to life the characters of Ernie 'The Axe' McMahon, Barry 'The Bear' Griffin, and firefighter/paramedic Paul 'Pumper' Powers. The retirement dinner progresses as planned until someone dies, and it seems to go downhill from there.
