Warriors 5-3 in San Diego Fall Classic to start volleyball season

Fallbrook High School's girls volleyball team began its 2011 season in the Sept. 9-10 San Diego Fall Classic at the Epic Volleyball Center in Poway and posted a 5-3 record while reaching the Silver Division semifinals.

œWe're pretty excited. The girls are happy, said Fallbrook coach Peter Peng.

The Warriors began 2010 with a 3-3 record in last year's San Diego Fall Classic, losing to Lincoln High School of Stockton in the silver bracket quarterfinals.
