Lady Warriors win field hockey opener

Fallbrook High School's first field hockey game of the 2011 season “ and Kirstin Mueller's first game as a head coach “ ended with the Lady Warriors on the preferred end of the 1-0 score Sept. 8 at Serra High School.

œIt went well, Mueller said.

The only goal of the game was scored in the first three minutes. Senior Jamie Garcia brought the ball up and successfully shot from the right corner for an unassisted goal.
